With more than 15 years in senior client-side leadership roles, she has developed a deep understanding of commercial strategy and operations across multiple markets, therapy areas, and stages of the product lifecycle.
Her approach is grounded in a consulting mindset, honed through leading numerous strategic business transformation projects. Ali’s expertise spans the full spectrum of the insights function—from qualitative and quantitative research to sales force effectiveness—across both client and agency environments.
