With more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare insights, she works with global pharmaceutical organisations to navigate complex challenges, strengthen strategy and unlock growth through commercially relevant insight.
Helen brings extensive experience in healthcare insights, commercial leadership and client partnership. As a Global Client Partner at Day One Strategy, she works with senior stakeholders to shape the right questions and ensure insight supports confident, high-quality decision-making.
She shares Day One’s belief that research should do more than inform—it should drive commercial outcomes and create meaningful differentiation. She is particularly interested in the transformative role of AI in insight; how it can provide ‘always-on’ insight and thus support faster, more connected and actionable decisions.
Helen began her career as a hands-on researcher, developing strong expertise across a range of qualitative and quantitative approaches. She has since built her career partnering with global pharmaceutical organisations, combining this methodological grounding with deep experience in navigating complex strategic and commercial challenges.
Helen is at her best when she is acting as a true partner to clients—helping define insight needs across stakeholder groups and ensuring outputs are embedded and acted on.
Helen has presented at industry conferences including MRS and BHBIA. She is convinced there has never been a more exciting time to work in healthcare and pharmaceutical insights, driven by both the pace of change in the industry and new ways of generating and applying insight. She enjoys getting her head around thorny commercial challenges and working with clients to find practical, high-impact solutions.
