Kelly Warth leads our data strategy efforts, a newly created role that reflects our commitment to driving tech-led insights across the industry. She brings over 20 years of experience across both client and agency sides, with deep expertise in primary market research, secondary data management, and forecasting. A passionate advocate for data-driven storytelling, Kelly believes the real power of insights lies in driving change – using data not just to reflect the status quo, but to solve complex business challenges and uncover new opportunities.

Key achievements
- Grew Instar EMEA from $3M to $14M+; awarded Manager of the Year 2023 and led 2 of the top 3 global accounts
- Created best practices and templates supporting all Instar $1M+ tracking studies; enabled delivery of cross-market, cross-customer, and cross-indication insights
- Directed market access and LoE forecasting for the primary care division of Pfizer Australia; co-created the blueprint for a direct-to-pharmacy distribution model
- Co-authored a publication with Novo Nordisk on patient adherence to growth hormone therapy during COVID-19
- Speaker at industry events, including EphMRA Swiss Chapter (Innovation, 2022) and BHBIA Rising Stars (Careers in MR, 2021)
